Paul Hikari for Randy Cooper
Head laborer of FC (then late recruitment manager), has a rare eye condition that he simply conceals with sunglasses (Well either way, he's a subtle physical freak). Personality wise, he ranges from on-screen Gordon Ramsay to Hearty Soulful. There is no in between. His voice has obvious roughness (from shouting too much) though still soulful.

"Hey, I'm Randy, the head laborer in the house. Got any questions, just hit me up with 'em. How everything works here is easy, you come to your shift, and spend a couple 'o hours grinding down-to-earth style. Make sure you're up for the pain of your job as well.
