Ruthless, angry, unstoppable. Cian was raised in exile on the outer edges of Ustral. Cian grew into manhood on the stories of his mother- of her time in the palace, of her place next to the king, of her banishment for a single night’s dalliance when the king himself held many mistresses. Of his true claim to the throne. His mind is keen, a fortress of logistics that has won him acclaim among the people in times of war- something he uses to his advantage as he presses his campaign to the capitol city and the palace within its walls.
(begin in a normal speaking tone, subtly change to end malicious) Now, as to why I choose to destroy this land instead of keeping it whole and healthy for future use… well, now this is a two-fold strategy. The easiest and first of the two is that I require the people of this land to see their ‘king’ for what he truly is; false, incompetent, and unworthy of the throne he stole. Secondly, through fire and death come the greatest of rebirths, and as the ashes clear the soil shall be both anew and fertile.
