A Doctor-wannabe renegade Time Lord. On her 9th incarnation, having abandoned her previous awful title of “the Healer.” Not as smart as the Doctor, thinks she is. Massive fangirl. The Doctor couldn't despise her more. She means well, but has no clue what she's doing. Often ends up making everything worse. Has accidentally picked up a wife, Lynn.
She's very flippant about her own inadequacies, seeming to breeze past her ~50% mortality rate in saving people. (Appears in episodes 7, 8, and 11, with a small cameo in 12. Will definitely appear in future seasons.)
(OVERJOYED) The Doctor? They’re here? Which one? Is it the short blonde one? I liked her a lot. She didn't like me, but, well, they never show it. Come on, let's go! She'll be thrilled to meet her biggest fan in the universe!

I was brought up on legends of the Doctor. My first incarnation, I studied TARDIS mechanics until I got a job in the Capitol working on them. I said my goodbyes to the few people I had to, then stole a TARDIS and ran away. Just like the Doctor! I went around on mostly random coordinates and saved people at first. I wasn't very good, but, well, practice makes perfect. I'm now down to just about a 50% mortality rate! Give or take a 15% margin of error.
