Adam is a kind man, truly devoted to his wife, Barbara, and the life they share together. He is hesitant to expand his life in any way, he likes things the way they are small and simple. After meeting his death, caused by falling through the floorboards of his home, he has the hardest time adjusting. He has been so used to his life being a certain way, just the way he liked it. He wants to keep it that way and will try whatever he needs to do to get the new homeowners out. Little did he expect to grow fond of their young daughter, Lydia, and aim to protect her at all costs.
