MEZZO-SOPRANO

Lydia is a dark, yet exceedingly smart young woman. Having lost her mother and being uprooted from her life all in a short time, the world has begun to seem quite bleak to the girl. She feels like her father has moved on too soon and wants her to be something she is not. She is quick, several steps ahead of those around her. This tends to make people confused and uncomfortable, but that doesn’t really bother Lydia. When she meets the wild demon, Betelgeuse, she is far smarter than he expected. Aside from her brilliance, her desire to make the world the way she wants it to be can often get her in trouble. She ultimately accepts the way things are and begins to let people in with love again.
