I don't remember this guy in any of the diamond and pearl seasons. Supporting characters mean side characters we meet along the way in the seasons either recurring or one time characters
Destiny legends follow from between episode 7 and 8 of season 11 which is DP: battle dimensions and as far as I know goes all the way up to season 13 which is DP: sinnoh league victors but we aren't there yet.
i mean they are joke characters like cameos or something
