Picture Jasper has a small leadership position in the rebel army, leading a handful of gems using heavy weaponry. Technically in a higher position than the other three who are normal soldiers however not in any real rank to command them.
It doesn't matter however as she doesn't care about all of that, though not in the same group as the others she holds them high as her friends.
Picture is a domineering gem, loud, brash and everything a gem wielding a laser cannon should be, she doesn't care too much for collateral damage as she'll deal with that later.
