Bored of being trapped in the same place she disguises herself as a priestess and joins a Crusader Squad on a journey to a far away kingdom. On their travels they get ambushed and later saved by Cyrus and his friends. The leader of the Crusader Squad knew she was actually the princess and feared they would find out they might interrogate and abduct her. So before he died he temporary wiped her memory. Worried about her Cyrus decided to let Aria travel with them. Throughout her journey she discovers how Neras really is perceived and learns more about the corruption of the people that serve her mother.
