Knight of King Rowan’s court, and an old friend of the king when they were young. He is of common blood but brought up within the palace courts, wherein he was given a squireship and eventually knighted for his deeds to the realm. Rowan outdid his father’s knighting by placing the common-born Tegual in the seat of Commander for the King’s Forces- the largest portion of the standing military of Ustral. He has a mildly jovial nature, doesn’t always read situations correctly for the moment. Serious but also comedic.
