Hi and thanks for auditioning! I guess I missed you for some reason - sorry about that! —— 1. In your recording, I can “hear your room”. You’ll want to fix that first. —— 2. We’re losing some words in your delivery here and there. I’d recommend upping the enunciation a bit more. —— 3. The context is right on, though! You know who you are and why you’re saying it. That’s great! —— 4. Love the energy at the end. As you’ve read the manga, this is the end of the scene for this character and it’s perfectly ok to go all-out. On a scale of 1-10 in terms of energy level, I’d put that at around a 9. Before I cast you (or anyone), I’d want to be assured that you could do a 10 (on my scale). The audition is where you can show that. For some other directors, what you displayed may be an 11 or a 12 - and that’s fine: we’re all different people. BUT loved the delivery and the energy. Well done!
