Donna is a character first encountered in Issue 3 of Image Comics' The Walking Dead. She is the wife of Allen and mother of Billy and Ben.
Donna was a strong-willed, loving, and caring woman, expressing genuine care for the other survivors. She was also shown as having a temper and stronger, more dominant personality than the other women of the group, in her resentment for female stereotypes. Her own husband acknowledged this, referring back to her as the older woman who always knew how to handle herself and her family.

Donna COULD have the stereotypical, hospitable middle aged southern woman voice, but don't let that limit your vocal choices at all.
"Jesus Christ, would you two listen to yourselves?! You're excited about trying out a new detergent?! This is such bullshit. I just don't understand why we're the ones doing laundry while they go off and hunt. When things get back to normal I wonder if we'll still be allowed to vote."

"I was just thinking about Andrea and Dale... they both lost someone they loved... someone very close to them. It hit them hard, we saw that... but they eventually pulled out of it. Seeing them together last night--they're happy. Seeing them--knowing that they can pull their lives back together... it gives me hope. And then there's this place... a chance to start over. A new place... all to ourselves, and if half of the houses in this neighborhood are as nice as this one we'll all be happy. This place--it's perfect. I think we can be happy here. ...And everyone we're with. They're good people. I can't believe we stumbled into finding people like them. We couldn't ask for better neighbors. We're really lucky."
