Fiiine... For the most part, Keebo is as considerate as he can be but will not tolerate being made fun of in a legitimately mocking manner. Hence, you must be able to sound rather offended. On the other hand, in this he'll end up having more of a weak spot for Miu because I'm a filthy Kiiruma shipper and I'm not sorry (I promise it will not be unbearable random bullshit).
Though, to clarify, you don't have to sound exactly like Keebo's English dub voice actor, but I would like you to show as many Keebo-like interpretations of these lines as you can.
Dialogue (say only Keebo's lines)
Keebo "You were being robophobic! I'll see you in court!"
Tsumugi "Keebo, it's plain to see that he was joking."
Keebo "Oh! I apologize Kokichi! I didn't realise-"
Kokichi "Tsumugi, you ruined it. It's more fun when he's agitated."
Tsumugi "Oh... Sorry...?"
Keebo "Despicable..."

Miu "That rat'll be impossible to find anyway!"
Miu “So, Keebo~ what exactly were you interested in getting help with~?” (Sultry)
Keebo “Well, I, I’d like your honest opinion… I don't really want any more sci-fi abilities, but at the same time, I realize the fact that if I do get some… upgrades… I'll be more useful to the group....”
Not bad! Though, I did notice that sometimes, the way you spoke the words sounded a bit too forceful. Particularly with the last line, but maybe that's my fault for not giving much context... (sorry >-<) He's kinda supposed to sound more conflicted in those lines, but also vulnerable. (He doesn't tend to like getting more "sci-fi" abilities, but he's willing to put aside those feelings for a chance to help everyone else.)
