(Mid-range, soft, determind) The protagonist of the story. A young man from Breeze Village, a quiet place in the north of Gaia. He trains to become a soldier for the nearby kingdom of Espova but doesnt really take it seriously as he feels like he doesnt belong on the outside world. Later on he discovers hes actually the descendant of Omega and the one destined to destroy humanity. He travels across the world hoping to find the truth behind the prophecy. As the story develops he begins to find a meaning to his life and a hope that one day he will prove the prophecy wrong. Throughout the story he fights his own dark urges and a voice that tries to possess him from the inside.

  • Dont you dare say her name! You havent got the right! (In battle moves) Ice slash! Darkness Wave! Blood Bind! Pandemonium!

  • I'm not crying! If you were so desperate to see us why didn't you come to Breeze Village?

  • (Speaking to Freya who's unconscious in her bed) The others didn't survive. Even now I see their faces; I can hear their screams as they burned, their cries of pain. Then I see who started the fire. That was when the mark of my hand first appeared. Maybe it would have been better if I died that day. I'm sorry I never told you about it before. Deep down I was worried you'd look at me differently. I would have done anything to give up these powers. I hated them and hid them from everyone. Then we found each other again.

Another side note, any feedback would be great. I'm inexperienced and would love to learn more. :)

Firstly considering you told me you're inexperienced that was actually a really solid read. You had good timing and flow to your lines, To improve it I would suggest you look at your recording. There's quite a lot of mouth noises (the watery sound that happens when your lips move) also it its quite breathy, and there's a bit of background noise. There's a lot of tutorials online on how to remove these. You'll find after you fix these things it will improve your recording greatly. Finally the only other advice I could give to is to go for as many roles as possible. At the moment Cyrus is the most competitive role and getting involved in a project even in a minor role will be valuable experience for you. (That way you can work your way up to the major roles) thank you for auditioning and feel free to audition for more.

Thank you very much for your feedback! I've noticed the mouth noises, and it's more just the fact of me being waaaay too close to my microphone, so I've adjusted my recording volume down and I rest about a fists distance if not slightly more away. As for the background noises, that's not something people will hear in final recordings. My room is mostly soundproofed, the background noise is just me not closing my window and turning my ceiling fan off, but I appreciate you mentioning that regardless, as I should get into that habit of blocking out background nose even with auditions only. Finally, for the breathy noises, I've managed to work on my popping (despite having a pop filter) and I think I can use my audio editing software to remove any noise from when I take in a deeper breath. All in all, I very much appreciate the feedback, it means a lot and I'm glad to hear back from you. :)
