Twinkle Twirl always wanted to be a ballerina when she was younger, but after a terrible injury that caused her to lose her back leg, she gave up her dreams.  This isn't until Sunshimmer befriends her and gets angry, using the help of her magic and encouragement to make her a prosthetic leg that allows her to dance once again.  Her cutie mark had faded, but it has returned.
