Hillary is a bubbly young woman who is often known for her optimism. She is the leader of the Vitality Wing of the rebellion, and she is an expert healer and inventor. She can be a little naive, but she always looks out for the people she cares about and tries to support her friends in any way that she can.
Hillary stands at 5'2", with short, fluffy yellow-blond hair with brown tips. She has bright blue eyes, and is almost always seen smiling. Her choice of clothing is often very wild and fun, but that is perfect for her in her own weird way.
She needs a higher pitched voice. A bubbly young woman with no speech impediments or accents.
