The leader of the Decepticon Justice Division (D.J.D.), a group known for hunting down Decepticons who have betrayed the Decepticon cause and execute them with extreme prejudice as well as any Autobots they encounter. He’s the most eloquent member out of the group as he enjoys listening to music while quoting “Towards Peace” and other philosophical pieces written by Megatron. He often uses this tactic while using his modulated vocal processor to lower his voice in order to coax his opponents’ sparks into giving up, causing them to explode. He’s zealous in his devotion to Megatron’s cause and goes so far as to wear the Decepticon’s insignia as a mask. He can be violent as any other Decepticon, maybe more so, but views himself as a bureaucrat as he likes to keep things rather organized and his members in top form when not hunting members on the list.

Here’s the thing: they say I can talk people to death. “Weaponized conversation,” they say. "I don’t know," I say. "Sounds a bit pretentious.”
