Tomoko is the daughter of Ryohei Higashikata, and mother of Josuke Higashikata. She's a loving mother, but she tends to get carried away, as she has a sort of explosive temper. When the subject of Joseph Joestar comes up, she only has two speeds: violent or vulnerable. Though, we're never sure which is going to come out at any given time. She has a hatred for capitalism and the corporate machine. Looking for a mature woman sound, but not too old, as she's only in her thirties.
