Deruta was once one of the mindless golem slaves of the mad scientist Ul’vhy Mou, looking just as generic as the lot of them. However, through events still not entirely clear to her, she managed to start gaining a sense of identity. As she began to develop a concept of herself, she realized the generic form Ul’vhy had instilled didn’t match that, and overnight, she chiseled her body into the form it is now and began to go by Deruta. Furious, Ul’vhy sought to destroy her, but she escaped and found solace in liquor and bar fights as they helped her forget about the siblings she left behind. She is proud, and stone-hearted, always refusing to see herself as wrong until it’s absolutely clear otherwise. She absolutely stands for the person she is, and will never apologize for offending or hurting anyone. She is considered Transgendered and can be played by a male with a feminine voice or female with a masculine voice. An Irish accent is listed, but it is closer to an Irish-Nordic blend.
