Having just moved from abroad, Kelley comes from a place where combat is much more popular and respected than Turf Wars. Because of that, she does a very good job of fending for herself, with or without her weapon. Despite that, she has a hard time moving and having to adapt to the new town, new people and even a new weapon which she has to relearn. She starts off hanging out with Bryan a lot, seeing as to how he was put in charge of helping her adapt to the new school. But besides that, she starts off at her new school struggling to make friends given things that happened with her not too long before moving. Through it all, she continues to he kind and uses her abilities to help others as much as she can. Leading to her involvement in fighting against a cult.

IMPORTANT:

• As one of the leads, Kelley goes through some of the most development in the series. A such, whoever gets her role needs to be comfortable expressing all kinds of emotions.
