By her voice, you can tell she's a bit snobby, likes to state her opinion as if no others exist, and wants to keep up with all the latest trends.
"Hahaha, me? I do plastic surgery, emphasis on the 'do', not the plastic surgery. I don't get it myself, oh no. I perfect the imperfections of other people! Have you ever thought about getting a face lift?"
"Face it, not everyone is created equal. But it's easy to change! Why haven't you?"
