Mitty Muse for Carrot Top
Like Derpy Hooves, Carrot Top is an earth pony whom also makes appearances as a background character in the show. In this comic, she has a supporting role as Derpy's friend.
Her personality is best summed up as playful and sometimes mischievous but she can still be seen as a great friend to Derpy. Even if she can have a little fun of playing around with Derpy.
I don't really have a specific character reference in mind, but you can watch this video as a voice reference for Carrot Top:
(playfully teasing) Oh I see, were you out on a date with your boyfriend, the Doctor?
(thinking of an idea to Derpy to break Hooves out of his shock state) Well, I've heard when someone is shocked into unconsciousness, the only way to snap them out of it is to do something even MORE shocking than what got them shocked in the first place.
(happy to see Derpy and Hooves confess their love to each other. For the second line, feel free to add some variety to it. More along the lines of 'if you know what I mean' kind of tone) Well it appears that you don't need my help anymore! I'll just leave you two alone.
