Personality: Stalwart and sagely.
Background: One of the offspring of the demigod Cenarius, Arecales was many centuries ago sent to watch over the tropical forests of what would become Yeenador and safeguard them against the return of the Demon Dog. He later befriended the island’s gnolls and taught them the basics of druidic magic. He was eventually caught by surprise by servants of the Flindlords, who summoned the Demon dog right into Arecales’ sacred grove and turned him into stone.
