Olivier Lenheim is a self described "wandering lyric and troubadour extraordinaire" from Erebonia, the country to the north of Liberl. To call him a buffoon wouldn't do him justice, but there are clearly some wires crossed inside his brain. Olivier has an intense appreciation for the finer things in life, with music, food, drinks, women and men all falling under his perverted umbrella of enjoyment. However, he is more intelligent than he lets on, and is not a bad person at heart, but that doesn't stop anyone from feeling generally uncomfortable when they're alone with him.

For Olivier's voice, I'm looking for something in the medium-low range that gives off a vibe of sophistication. Not quite British, but a little bit snobby like the stereotypical British aristocrat might give you an idea of what I'm looking for.
