As you can probably tell from his douchey appearance, Duke Dunan von Auslese is not a very smart or kind person. He is arrogant, vulgar, unintelligent, sexist, constantly drunk and has no regard for anyone but himself, though his butler and bodyguard Phillip believes there is good in him. Dunan believes that he has a greater right to be the heir to the throne of the Liberl Kingdom over his cousin Klaudia, but is more enthralled with the perks of such a title rather than the enormous responsibilities.
For Dunan's voice, something in the medium/medium-high range is preferable, but he has to sound like a tool. You know Nazeem from Skyrim? He doesn't have to sound like Nazeem, but he has to be at least as douchey as Nazeem. He is drunk or tipsy for at least 25% of his lines so you'll need to be able to slur words without losing his voice as well.
