Lucy is the older adoptive sister of Atsushi and the Aku siblings. Her personality is really twisted which was caused from being treated poorly.

She and Annie  were orphaned from their father after her mother had decreased health when she gave birth to her sister and passed away during her birth, which let the two of them being put up for foster care and was raised in the Yokohama orphanage.
