The student council president at Jenis Royal Academy, Jill Ridonor is outgoing and energetic in a way that few others can match. She enjoys teasing her friends, especially Hans, and is a self described "evil genius", but she takes her work on the student council as serious as anyone. When not poking fun of her friends, she is actually rather fun to be around.
For Jill's voice, I'm looking for something in the medium/medium-high range that doesn't spare any energy.
