Steve is one of Fourville’s labourers. The labourers are the lowest in Fourville’s society, spending all their time excavating the cave so the town can expand. As such, they are bitter, unsociable, and usually aggressive and selfish. This role will comprise several generic characters: Fourville Reisdents, Fourville Guards, Members of Church of the Four, Vault Residents, Vault Scientists, Vault Guards, and a Gun Buyer. Steve has approximately 16 lines. There are approximately 116 generic resident lines.

Line 01 context: Steve is holding fellow labourer, Chuck, hostage and demanding to know where his special shovel is.

Line 02 context: In a panic, Steve orders fellow labourer, Dave, to shoot the player.
