Many soldiers work at the Bunker to maintain the order between the children, to assist in teaching the children how to fight and use their powers, and to watch the matches and have beer and gambling on which child will win. They are all wary around Sinnerian due to his inhuman features. They all have total respect for General Ulysses and President River and Regina Nitch.

  • Get in line, Mutants! Your schedule consists of check-ups with Ms. Nitch, and then training with meals in between. Understood?
