Another, neighboring livestock farmer who appears on the news briefly at the end as part of wrapping up the story. His voice should probably be higher-pitched to differentiate it from Krump's, and actors can try different farmer accents and levels of over-the-top since it's a brief role. (Note - 'Shrifters' is pronounced the same way you'd say 'Shifters', just with an extra r in the first syllable.)
