A somewhat neurotic young man, who frequently feels overwhelmed by the challenges of life. He attempts to the do the best her can to keep both he and his friends from succumbing to their emotions, but he not exactly the best at it, frequently falling to them himself.

He is a fairly modest individual, hesitating to even call himself an Ultimate as he has issues with the concept to begin with. It’s clear Tobias has numerous issues with the world around him but is often too nervous to speak up about them, likely lending to quite a bit of his neuroticism.

Tobias has an almost female voice and would almost be best played by a female voice actress. He seems to very frequently be frustrated and uncomfortable, never seeming comfortable in his words. Very light Austrian accent optional.
