Rio Ranger, the dress up doll, is the floormaster for floor 3, and chapter 2. Rio, like Miley, is sadistic, as he himself said, "quote". However, unlike Miley, he likes to tease and joke around. 

Rio Ranger's voice should have a large range, as it can change very quickly. Feel free to put your own spin on it, though!

  • (Teasingly) "Hey, don't get mad! Everybody seems pretty pleased with it, dont'cha think?"

    (Confidently) "I'm the dressup doll, Rio Ranger!"

  • (Sadistic) "...Ahah. Sure enough... You recognized this clip...? It feels good, y'know... Feels like it's full of the dead's regrets..."

    (Sadistic) "Whew... You bastards got any right to condemn me? This topic's donezo! Now everybody come see what's past these monitors!"
