A nihilistic sort who frequently pulls at people’s motivations and understandings of the world in order to either get a rise out of them or confuse them. His motivations are often difficult to discern exactly, but few leave their conversations with him happy and he doesn’t seem to have an issue with that.
He takes particular interest in Evelyn, perhaps because she so often proves to be easy to get on the nerves of, but there seems to be a deeper reasons to his interests in her. His frequent antagonism and seeming ambivalence with the Killing Game often pits him as Evelyn’s rival, but he certainly doesn’t seem to see it that way.
Noah is a holds a high tenor voice that is mocking and jabbing constantly, but it is not nasally as many similar types of characters are. He often sounds like he knows what he's talking about more than anyone else does.
{Amused, mocking} "Well aren't you a genius? 'People may not be comfortable being kidnapped and trapped on a bloody boat.' Next you'll suggest 'People die when they are killed.' What a novel concept."
{Screwing with someone} "Why yes. I’ve been in solitary confinement! Unless you count talking to the walls... Oh relax. It was self-administered... You're rather gullible aren't you?"
{Chiding} "I’ll say Ms. Taylor, it’s some nice initiative you have, feeling people out like this to see who’s more likely to kill, but your flaw is expecting people here to behave like killers. You’d be better off trying to uh… compare them to animals. The common dog may seem docile and friendly, but you entrap it and put it in danger? Turns vicious rather quickly. It is afterall, a predator under all that fluff."
