Volga is a Morzlundt Academy alumni and a bit of a folk hero. Her myriad of actions in bringing criminals with wildly different backgrounds to justice, while saving hundreds of lives in the process have been well documented. Whether a country official or an underground crime boss, Volga and her group of knights always managed to either incarcerate or take out their target, no matter how impossible the odds seem. Curiously enough, Fenzu was once saved by a passing Volga and her troops when the village was under attack, winning her the admiration of the then young boy. In a way, Volga was responsible for the boy's idolization of the knights of Morzlundt.

Most people would have you think that Volga is unapproachable, but this couldn't be further from the truth. Volga knows how to hold a pleasant conversation and usually does her best to make the other party feel at ease. While she has a strong sense of justice, she doesn't believe in absolute justice and understands that the mere idea of perfect justice is ridiculous. Her experiences in bringing down corrupt officials have taught her as much.

Nothing's set in stone for Volga in terms of her voice other than her German accent and that she's middle-aged. So feel free to come up with a voice for her!
