David is the last in a long line of wealthy individuals who have occupied the luxury suite of Vault 4. David is obsessed with Shakespeare and regularly, and without context, quotes from his plays. He sends the player out to find a copy of his sonnets so that they may be preserved for all of time.  David has approximately 45 lines.
