Ozzo is an incredibly compassionate bagbean. He is afraid of change, meeting new people, the dark, hurting the feelings of his friends, and pretty much anything that moves. He was never sheltered, and he wouldn't describe himself as a wimp, he just loves everything and worries about doing the wrong thing. He tends to be rather quiet and keeps to himself, but when he talks he always speaks the truth.

Ozzo is one of the primary characters of the overall story, and as such will be appearing in multiple shorts with between one and fifteen voice lines each. Payout is of course flexible and can be arranged on a per-video basis (or voluntarily.)

Ozzo is a bagbean, an original species developed by griffsnuff on deviantart. https://deviantart.com/bagbeans

  • (Sorrow) I... I didn't mean to. It was an honest mistake, really..

  • (Enthusiastic, wary) Oh, oh! That sounds like a good idea, but... but do you think they'd like me? Or my food? Oh I hope they would.

  • (Confused) The onions, they're everywhere! Oh, oh god! I need to organize these better.

Thanks so much for auditioning! Credit where its due, emotionally this is a strong audition that conveys the character incredibly well, and there's not much else I can say about it to be honest. I do think it would be stronger if you were to tone down the amount of afterbreath (a side-effect of louder exaggerations, and although it does work sometimes in conveying emotion, it feels a tad bit exaggerated here). This can be done by practicing the lines and working on overall breath control between them as well. Overall though, the bottom line is I feel the voice itself isn't quite a fit for the character, and it's not the fault of your acting abilities. Thank you for your interest though!

No problem! Thanks for the feedback, I'll definitely try to incorporate holding back and enunciating lines in future reads. Hope your projects comes out smoothly!
