Role assigned to: Grainne

Mira is a goddess that was sent to Tau-Omega as a way of preventing the corruption from chaos among human civilization from completely corrupting her and causing an outbreak of chaos as people get falsely guided to it. This didn't work, as the physical body she now lived within resulted in her being more vulnerable to the human chaos. Her ability to see the difference between the right way and pure chaos is no longer in-tact, and she was physically restrained by the gods within a cave to prevent escape. She is manic and dangerous in nature, but by no means evil.

She is anthropomorphic in her physical form, but not human.

Mira is one of the primary characters of the overall story, and as such will be appearing in multiple shorts with between two and twenty voice lines each. Payout is of course flexible and can be arranged on a per-video basis (or voluntarily.)

  • (Calm but Urgent) Please.. help me lift this curse (chuckling). Just lift the blindfold, Kai. It's not that hard (quiet laughing)

  • (Torn or Crying) Listen, please! You don't understand, I never asked for this. They put me down here, they forced me here unwillingly! I just want to help people, but I don't know what it means to help people anymore!

  • (Anger/Hysteria) You talk a big talk, 'bub'. Haha, oh man. If you saw the look on your face, you'd realize it wasn't frightened enough. (Whispering) I could crush you into the size of a box but then I wouldn't be able to share a moment like this with you again.

Hey! Thank you so much for auditioning. I listened to both of the active auditions and I wanted to give you some feedback as I feel it's super valuable to understand. In this case, for both voices I just simply feel that the timbre of your voice isn't compatible with either character. This isn't your fault of course, I just imagine Mira having a more almost authoritarian voice, and Glace being a bit more formally spoken in a less peppy manner. If you'd like to re-try for Glace with different tones you would be welcomed to, but I'm still going to be waiting for more options. In terms of your reading of the lines, it's actually quite good overall. My main recommendation for you would be to primarily work on your consonant pronunciation, as in the audition for Glace at some points you sped up a bit which led to very minor slurring. This is easy to correct with a bit of practice, so just keep working at it! You do have a good voice, I'm just not sure if it's the right voice for these roles. Thank you again for auditioning!
