Palid is Hastur’s left hand man. He does odd jobs for him and acts as the mayor of the capital of Carcosa. He often exaggerates in his lines and encompasses the drama of the yellow court.
He often demands attention, his voice often booming and roaring. A good reference would be the actors from the third season of black adder (see link).
(Overly exaggerated) Woooeee, for I am Palid. The left hand of the almighty king in yellow and ruler of the yellow keep. Hear my name and bask in my eternal glory.
