Rattlerunt is that poor guy who just can't impress anyone because circumstances always fail to go his way. On his own actual merits, he is actually a very intelligent and cunning individual, but his incredible bad luck and tendency to brag about himself ends up ruining any plans he ever tries. He isn't even actually a part of Sandsmark's army. He's just an average guy who really wishes Sandsmark would notice him. Too bad he makes a massive mistake that prevents this from ever happening. Has a shrill ridiculous kind of voice that's fairly androgynous. Very self-indulgent and overdramatic.
"Wuharharhaharhahharhar! Wait, pirates don't laugh like that. How do pirates laugh? YARHARHARHARHAR! Mmmm, no, it's not doing it for me. WUHARHAR!"
"You think you've gotten the best of me do you? Well surprise! This was all according to my brilliantly laid plan from the first place! Release the sharks!... Where are the sharks? I told you to go capture some sharks, what were you doing the last two hours? WARGH! It doesn't matter! You are useless minions! Must I do everything myself?!"
"I am the great Rattlerunt! Soon to be referred to as Rattlewarrior as soon as the benevolent and almighty Sandsmark recognizes my impressive ability to do what none of his other commanders can do! Fear my indefeatable skeleton army!
