Spies of the Legion, these Frumentarii were sent by Caesar to "replace" the original owners of a munitions store.
Background on Frumentarii:
"Frumentarii (singular Frumentarius), are spies of Caesar's Legion living in the Mojave Wasteland in 2281.
The eyes and ears of Caesar, his intelligence officers are tasked not only with infiltrating enemy society, but also carry out his campaigns of terror. They operate separately from the main Legion forces and are hand picked by Caesar himself. In 2281, their commander is Vulpes Inculta, the fourth-most powerful man in the Legion."

30-40 years old.
ACCENT: NORTH AMERICAN. No exceptions.
TONE:
Baritone. They should sound physically imposing but cunning and intelligent. Manipulative. Cold eyes. Intelligent. A spy. Physically imposing. Moves through the shadows. But doesn't sound like a typical "skinny thief." Voice is always condescending. Treats others as if they are lesser than them. Arrogant. Cunning. Think of how Roman soldiers are portrayed in media. Now remove the British accent and do an arrogant, and cold version of the lines.
