Vincent Long is a resident of Vault 4. He has an almost childlike fascination with the world outside the vault and the treasures it holds. He sends the player on a series of quests where they must find treasure in a random location. Vincent has approximately 65 lines.

Line 01 context: Really excited.

Line 02 context: Gushing over the player because they're from outside the vault.

Line 03 context: Vince moans if the player tells him they didn't find treasure.
