Vinnie is a smooth talking charismatic (think Saul from Better Call Saul), slightly overconfident piece of shit. She is somewhat the leader of the hobo trio, as she talks the most. Her talents include: stealing scamming, and sinning. She is very street smart, and likes pirates a lot. She likes bullying Stone and she is best bros with Skipp.
The way she speaks is pretty rhythmic, and I have always imagined her to have a unique, maybe raspy female voice but anything will be accepted! I can also imagine her with a slight Boston accent, though this also is optional.

"Cheating? Do we look like cheaters to you?" - Vinnie trying to smugly/over confidently convince the gangsters that she isn't cheating at a poker game even though she clearly is.
"Alright, new plan. We chuck Stone at the car because he is long like a javelin AND he's dispensable." -Vinnie talks her friends through her solid new plan.
"HAH! Idiots!" - Vinnie triumphantly (and loudly) laughs at the gangsters as they blow themselves up.
