Skipp is a little ball of sunshine. He's overly optimistic, much like Flapjack, Spongebob, or Wander. He's is very bouncy and is always willing to help others. Without Skipp, Vinnie and Stone would probably kill each other. He is best bros with Vinnie, and he loves bugging Stone. I've always imagined him to sound like Flapjack from The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, but again, anything is acceptable!

"Actually, I think we just won!" - The hobo trio wins a poker game, and Skipp happily points it out.
"Aw man, all I have is this gun." -The trio gets shot at. They are all freaking out and Skipp finds a gun in his pocket. He's kind of disappointed, and just throws the gun away.
"You gotta breathe! Deep breaths, here... we.... go. Just...come on..." -Skipp is scared that Stone's going to vomit, so he does the Heimlich maneuver to Stone even though that's totally incorrect. Stone is struggling to get Skipp to let go of him, and the two talk over each other, so the delivery is sort of sporatic. Improv is definitely welcome here!
