Before the war, Marcus was a Vault-Tec sales rep. Now a ghoul, he makes it his mission to stop people opening the vaults in order to protect them from the experiments Vault-Tec performed inside. As a ghoul, Marcus should have a deep, course voice. Marcus has approximately 19 lines.
Line 01 context: The player unexpectedly arrives at Marcus' hiding place.
Line 02 context: Marcus explains the dangers of the vaults to the player. He is imploring them not to try and get inside the vault, as he believes it to be dangerous.
Line 03 context: Marcus gradually realises who the player is.

I''ve been keeping an eye on that town for years, watching their digging, listening to their mayor, all to make sure they never find a way into the vault. Listen to me, those things are dangerous. They did all kinds of experiments inside them. I don't want those people blundering into danger.
