Wayne Sanders is the mayor of Fourville. Almost naively happy and optimistic, Wayne Sanders won the mayoralty of Fourville four years ago by promising to do everything he could to find a way to open the vault. He is a sincere believer that one day Vault 4 will open. Sanders is not especially concerned with policy and believes that so long as everyone is happy and friendly to one another than Fourville will basically be fine. Sanders has approximately 215 lines.
Line 01 context: The player speaks to Mayor Sanders at any point.
Line 02 context: If Sanders' daughter dies then he will be upset about it.
Line 03 context: If the player helps Sanders win the election he will be overjoyed and thank them.
