Count Bleck is the primary antagonist of Super Paper Mario. He has quite a strong personality, often speaking in the third person, as though he is announcing or narrating himself. His goal is to destroy all worlds and leave them in ruin, which he does all with a smile on his face. It is clear that he is incredibly charismatic, as even without the use of Nastasia's brainwashing, he has several very loyal minions who care about him more than his plan. The true Bleck, or Blumiere as he was once called, is not evil. He's rough around the edges, and quite outwardly cold, but has a serious soft spot for Lady Timpani, the woman he loved. She is the reason that he decided to destroy everything; his grief for her caused a serious rage.

Count Bleck should have a mid-low voice, with perhaps a hint of roughness. A lot of energy should be brought to this role.
