Colonel Torque is arguably one of the most wicked, but most realistic villains on this list. As the leader of the Valkyries, he leads his people with a prejudice backed by righteous beliefs hammered in by his own great great grandmother, who first suggested the idea that the Valkyries isolate themselves away from the people of Firnuvos as they were in her words "Inferior beings not worthy of even a glance of our people". Torque takes incredible offense to any surface dweller, or any malformed Valkyrie individual, be it those who seek to be unique or those born with disabilities like Eternia. He sees himself as almost god-like as he sits looking over the Valkyrian country of Flydente from his estate. He talks like a Southern Gentleman, in an almost charming way that belies the horrid things that come out of his mouth.
"I do say, it's been a pleasure to wrangle with you, but I'm gettin' about ready for my sunset date with nature, so let's wrap this up posthaste-like"
