A stoic character and General of the country of M, General Ulysses is a harsh and cruel man to the children her oversees. He does not particularly enjoy overseeing the Bunker project, but does so as a favor to the president of the country, President River. He despises Sinnerian for his inhuman characteristics as time goes by, and is wary towards his own men and scientists. He shows no mercy and no weakness. He largely interacts with Regina Nitch, as she heads the scientific department of the Bunker and is a close relative of the president.
