Personality:From what is shown, he is very kindhearted and mannerable man who helps Okabe and the Future Laboratory members when they need it. He is rather nice, but Okabe finds it weird that he requests that Luka wear miko considering he’s a guy.
Background:He owns the Yanabayashi Shrine. It is nowhere near as popular as the Kanda Myojin shrine, but Okabe prefers to go here because he is good friends with Lukako.
(Being told Okabe’s real name) "Luka told me his name was Hououin. Hmm, maybe Luka was just playing a trick on me. Hahaha."
