I put ageless because I don't mind the age except I need you to sound adult. This is the one who presents everything, so it needs to be an awesome voice. ;)
Please keep in mind this is not a comedy show. I encourage you to put your own personality into the lines since it's more presenting than voice acting per say, but this sets the tone of the entire show.
(somewhat excited) The search is on for the Next Top Singer! Who has what it takes? Let me introduce you to the three judges!
(serious) The judges have deliberated, and they have reached a decision. I will call the contestants in order of performance.
(suspenseful, then very excited) The winner... and the next top singer is... Lisa!

Thank you! :) Okay, then here is some feedback for you! Overall you have rather good energy and you sound friendly which is good for a host. However it sounds rather disingenuous at times. I think you need to work on smoother and more natural transitions between phrases. And not to rush it but take your time with lines, and to give several takes. :) The mic wasn't 100 % too. But thank you so much!
