King Boo is a mischievous spirit who's goal in life is to cause as much mayhem as he can. He uses the Chaos Emerald adorned in his crown as his main source of power, distorting space around him to create illusions.

King Boo makes a joke out of everything, laughing at other's pain or misfortune. He loves it when others threaten him because he sees all threats as empty. Why fear death when you're already dead?

His voice is very high pitched and creepy with slight British undertones, as if possessed by his own desires. I don't know, have fun with this one. See what you come up with.
